Sestriere Resort Description
Sestriere is an alpine village in Italy, a comuneof the Province of Turin. It is 17 km from the French border. Sestriere, is the most famous resort in the Vialattea ski area, is the backdrop to many international competitions and offers ski enthusiasts high level technical slopes immersed in a beautiful natural setting.
Sitting on a sunny plateau at 2035, snow cover is guaranteed thanks to both altitude and one of the world's most extensive snow making operations. Sestrière lies at the heart of the Milky Way which offers almost 400 km of piste. There is a great selection of runs for all abilities that start in the town centre.
