Neustift Resort Description
Neustift is a delightful Tyrolean village just 16 miles from Innsbruck, at the heart of Stubai Valley, and offering a wealth of daytime and evening activities for all tastes.
Neustift ski area offer a local ski hill at Elfer, close access to the best glacier skiing in the Alps at the Stubai Glacier and a ski holiday resort that is low rise, large and well equipped. Right above Neustift is the Elfer ski area that is served by a modern gondola right out of the resort, whilst back toward Innsbruck is the Schlick 2000 ski area and heading south is the extensive and impressive Stubai Glacier ski area. The ski areas are connected by regular free ski buses. Neustift is very much a ski village with all the ski resources it has in its locality. Neustift is best suited to beginner skiers and snowboarders but there is some terrain for both expert and intermediates. Stubai Glacier has everything you need for a great day of skiing or riding no matter what your ability.
