Lech Resort Description
Lech am Arlberg, Austria lies the middle of the snowiest region of the Alps with Zurs am Arlberg on one side and Warth on the other - the highest and second highest snowfall accumulation ski holiday resorts in the Alps. Lech consists of different districts which all have their different advantages: Dorf, Anger, Omesberg, Tannberg, Strass, Stubenbach, Oberlech, Zürs and Zug.
Lech in Austria (in the Vorarlberg region) is a large high altitude resort with 86 lifts that offers skiers an incredible 1000 metres (3281 feet) of vertical descent. Lech has 222 acres of terrain over 54 pistes with a total length of 276 kilometers (172 miles). Lech is only really suitable for beginner and intermediate skiers and snowboarders.
