Les Carroz Resort Description Les Carroz is the first ski resort that you see as you drive the 'white motorway' on route from Geneva airport to the French Alps. Situated on a sunny plateau, Les Carroz at 1200m benefits from a great snow record thank to it's proximity to Mt Blanc and the Mt Blanc weather system. Carroz is a traditional Savoyard village with some beautiful historical buildings. Carroz became a ski resort in the 1930s and has since constantly re-investing in its infrastructure. The resort has a fantastic nursery slope at 1800 m and a modern lift system too. The village has authentic restaurants, several bars, a night club and has obtained the French 'Famille Montagne' award for it's ability to excel families expectations. Don't leave without trying the hot chocolate with Cointreau at the L'Anifione restaurant on the Timalets piste on or lunch in one of the off piste refuges such as the Troncher or the Haute combe. La station de ski Les Carroz est située sur un plateau ensoleillé à 1200m d’altitude. Elle bénéficie de bonnes conditions d’enneigement grâce à sa proximité avec le Mont Blanc. Les Carroz est un village savoyard traditionnel avec des bâtiments historiques remarquables. La station a été reconnue dans les années 1930, et ne cesse depuis d’investir dans de nouvelles infrastructures. Son système de remontées mécaniques est moderne. Le village possède des restaurants authentiques, de nombreux bars ainsi qu’une boite de nuit. Il a également obtenu le label francais « Famille plus Montagne » pour son abilité à répondre aux attentes des familles. Ne quittez pas la station sans avoir essayé le chocolat chaud au Cointreau du restaurant l’Anifione ou déjeuné dans l’un des refuges hors-piste, comme le Troncher ou la Haute Combe.
