Courchevel 1650 Resort Description
Courchevel is situated near Val Thorens and Meribel. It is the most eastern resort of the Three Valleys. This resort is known to be an expensive resort, because it hosts a select clientele of VIP’s. It is made up of four separate parts, each with their own character.
Courchevel 1650 (also known as Moriond) is the second highest of Courchevel’s four
villages. It is set slightly apart of the rest of the Three Valleys, offering a less crowded area to ski in. There are 3 lifts leading up from Courchevel 1650, providing convenient access to the challenging terrain of the Three Valleys.
Courchevel 1650 is only a 5 minute bus ride down from Courchevel 1850, and is a quieter and less expensive resort. You will find several bars and restaurants, including traditional French cuisine, cheaper than in Courchevel 1850.
Courchevel est situé près de Val Thorens et de Méribel. C’est la station de ski la plus à l’est des Trois Vallées. Elle est connue pour être très chère car elle accueille une clientèle très sélective. Elle est composée de quatre villages localisés à différents niveaux, chacun avec son propre caractère.
Courchevel 1650 (aussi connu sous le nom de Moriond) est le second plus haut village composant Courchevel. Il est situé un peu à part du domaine des Trois Vallées, offrant ainsi des pistes moins fréquentées. Il y a trois remontées mécaniques menant à Courchevel 1650, fournissant un accès facile au domaine.
Courchevel 1650 se trouve seulement à cinq minutes en bus de Courchevel 1850. Le village est plus calme et moins cher que son voisin. Vous trouverez ainsi plusieurs bars et restaurants et pourrez tester la cuisine francaise traditionnelle pour un bon rapport qualité-prix.
