The Alpe d’Huez is located on a south-facing plateau at 1860m, and its skiable area enjoys maximum exposure to the sun. Standing at the resort’s highest point at 3300m from Pic Blanc, on a clear day, you can see one fifth of France, and the resort guarantees more than 300 days of sunshine a year.
The resort offers a good terrain for all standards of skiers. Experts won’t be disappointed with one of the longest black runs in the world, called La Sarenne. As well, the Alpe d’Huez has a good reputation for them with a huge choice of off-piste.
So, the Alpe d’Huez is a great play ground with varied activities to enjoy with your family and friends. It’s an ideal place for lots of activities: sport (swimming, climbing, squash…) and relaxing. But it’s also a resort with big events during the winter!
La station l’Alpe d’Huez est située sur un plateau plein-sud à 1860m d’altitude, et son domaine skiable dispose d’un maximum d’ensoleillement. Si vous montez jusqu’au point culminant de la station, à 3300m, vous pourrez voir un cinquième de la France par temps clair. Par chance, la station guarantie plus de 300 jours d’ensoleillement à l’année.
La station est donc un bon endroit pour les skieurs de tous niveaux. Quant aux experts, ils ne seront pas déçus avec l’une des plus longues pistes noires au monde, La Sarenne. De plus, l’Alpe d’Huez possède une bonne réputation grâce à un large choix de hors-piste.
Ainsi, l’Alpe d’Huez est un grand terrain de jeu avec de nombreuses activités pour profiter de vos vacances en famille ou entre amis. C’est un endroit idéal pour faire du sport (piscine, escalade, squash...) ou de la relaxation. Mais c’est aussi une station qui propose de grands événements pendant la saison d’hiver !
