The Montbleu complex is opposite the Horizon Casino on the Nevada side of the state line. It is situated in the resort centre five minutes’ walk (approximately 500 metres) from the gondola. It is also just a short stroll down to the beautiful Lake Tahoe.
This stunning resort, previously known as Caesar’s, has recently enjoyed a multi-million dollar refit. It is a large self-contained complex which has more than 400 rooms and suites. Its facilities are of a very high standard: restaurants and bars to suit all, nightlife to keep you up until the small hours and spa and health facilities to help you recover from the skiing and partying! The Montbleu is also one of Lake Tahoe’s most famous concert and exhibition venues. If you are looking for a hotel offering more than the skiing look no further.
The casino at the Montbleu is open 24 hours a day and features traditional casino table games as well as slot machines and a poker room. There is no shortage of eating and drinking options: the Montbleu boasts six bars, two fine dining restaurants, and 5 more casual dining choices. The theatre is one of the state’s best-known live entertainment venues featuring performances by world famous artists from the worlds of music, dance and variety. There is a huge spa and fitness centre offering a panoply of health and beauty treatments, as well as an indoor pool which is landscaped to resemble a grotto with waterfalls and rocky outcrops.
