Description This chalet at Burgess Creek (Black Bear Chalet and Brown Bear Chalet). These newly constructed chalets will be available for the winter of 2006/2007 and will offer some of the finest mountain accommodations in Steamboat. The property is a duplex and guests can book the two chalets individually or for large groups the property has been designed to allow both units to be used together with a combined area of over 9000 sq.ft.. Each chalet offers 4 large bedrooms each with their own private bathroom, with sleeping accommodation for up to 12 guests. This chalet - Front Elevation Each chalet offers a spacious great room with mountain views, large open plan kitchen and dining areas. The rec. room on the lower level combines as a media and games room with a large flat panel TV with surround sound, video games and a pool table. The chalets are each equipped with an elevator serving all floors. Bedrooms Three master bedrooms in each chalet offer optional bed configurations of either a king or two twin beds. the fourth bedroom offers two sets of bunks that are queen beds on the lower level and twins on top. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The media room also offers a queen sleeper sofa with another private bathroom. This unique bedding configuration provides up to 11 individual beds in each chalet - also ideal for corporate gatherings. A ski shuttle service is provided with this property.
