Description This custom built Montana log home offers a "million dollar" panoramic view of the Steamboat ski area. This chalet is conveniently located to the Thunderhead Express high-speed quad lift with easy access provided by regular, complimentary shuttle service. The cozy Great Room with high ceiling and loft shows off the fine craftsmanship involved in the construction of the chalet. The handshaped logs are beautifully finished and provide a cozy living area centred around the stone fireplace. The outside decks offer one of the most spectacular views of the area with a 180 degree view down the valley to the Flat Top Mountains and up to the Steamboat Ski Area. This is same view that you can enjoy from the hot tub on the lower deck. The dining table will comfortably seat 8 guests for an elegant dinner setting as the alpenglow lights up the mountain. Bed Configuration The chalet offers a king bed, 2 queen beds (one of them in the detached apartment) and two bunks in the loft. Each of the chalet's bedrooms have private ensuite full bathroom.
