Description This hotel is centrally located and the slopes are just steps away. Other properties with such a location charge a premium rate whilst the Mountain Chalet offers excellent value for money. This chalet is a friendly family run hotel in the heart of Aspen. Originally built in 1954, it retains much of its original charm and features. Run by Susan and Stan it offers excellent service, warm hospitality and an informal atmosphere. All our prices include a full hot cooked breakfast. Large outdoor heated pool, fitness centre, sauna, steam room and large hot tub. Onsite laundry facilities, front desk and concierge service and all rooms are offered with daily maid service. Layout Ground Floor:There are just 59 rooms including four 2 bedroom units. The standard, size and décor varies from room to room but all rooms have a private bathroom and TV. We feature basic rooms with 2 singles, economy rooms with 2 queens or a queen and single or 2 singles and standard rooms with a queen or queen and single. Standard rooms are better located and larger than the other rooms and have a small fridge. Large rooms, deluxe rooms and 2 bedroom apartments are available on request.
