Description This chalet was built in 2007 and is completely made of wood.It is very spacious and combines all the advantages of modern comfort with the charm, privacy and warm atmosphere of a traditional Savoy chalet. Carefully furnished and decorated. Stunning panoramic view. Large living area with lounge, TV area, open central fireplace. Large mezzanine overlooking the lounge. Spacious open plan fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room. Underfloor heating at garden level and on the first floor with additional convector heaters. Convector heaters on the second floor. Located in the hamlet of Vercland, about 2km away from the centre of Samoens, the chalet, built against the slope, enjoys a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding mountains: Le Criou, Le Buet, La Bourgeoise and the Marcelly Peak. During the summer, surrounded by meadows and soothed by the babbling of the stream that runs through the garden, it is an ideal place for relaxation. Infinite possibilities for hiking in the whole of the massif, particularly in the Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval Nature Reserve.During the winter, the immediate proximity with the Vercland cable car (100m away) offers direct access to the resort. Just a few minutes from the heart of the Grand Massif ski area linked to the Samoens, Morillon, Les Carroz d’Araches, Flaine and Sixt (265km). Alpine skiing, ski touring, cross-country skiing and simple snowshoe walks or longer hikes are on the programme.
