The accommodation consisting of the entire south end of the chalet, is set out over three floors with private own door access at garden level.
The apartment is offered on a self catered private group rental basis and will comfortably sleep nine people in its four bedrooms without the use of bunk beds or sofa beds in the living room. All the bedrooms offer the choice of double or twin beds.
The bedrooms are on the ground floor and sub ground floor with an open plan living area on the first floor to give maximum benefit from the extensive and stunning views.
The property has three balconies and private parking both above and below ground, plus a drying room and private ski locker.
The property is superbly located at the end of Chamonix's prestigious shopping street with the absolute centre of Chamonix just two minutes walk away. Several of the resorts cablecar stations are five to ten minutes walk away and both the free bus stop and Chamonix Aiguille De Midi mountain railway halt which serve the entire valley and link to Geneve are two minutes walk away. The property has been consistently voted by our clients as best overall location for mixed ability groups and families.
The property is child and toddler friendly with cot, high chair, stair gates and variety of childrens toys and DVDs provided.

The apartment sleeps up to nine (no bunkbeds or recourse to sleeping on sofabeds in the living area) and is laid out over three levels as follows:
-Own private front door access from garden in to hallway. Locker for outdoor gear, separate toilet, and two bedrooms.
-Bedroom One: Twin or double bed with an en-suite shower which opens via full length patio doors to a South facing balcony with views of Mont Blanc.
-Bedroom Two: Twin or double bed.
Sub ground floor:
-Bedroom Three: Twin or double bed. This is a 'walk through' open plan bedroom which leads to Bedroom Four and the bathroom.
-Bedroom Four: Option of 3 single beds or a double and a single bed.
-Bathroom: Bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
Open plan living/dining room kitchen:
-This top floor benefits from stunning views of the Mont Blanc range of mountains via two balconies and a large velux roof window. One balcony receives the sun from sunrise to mid afternoon and the other from mid afternoon to sunset.
-The kitchen is very well equiped for self catering with an Ariston rossitere oven and hob, Ariston dishwasher, fridge freezer and dining table to seat up to 9 people.
There is a washing machine and drier.
-This well appointed floor offers a cosy snug corner sofa and a wall mounted flat screen TV together with dvd and stereo. There are free phone calls plus free 20M high speed wifi internet access, plus cable TV and a comprehensive range of dvd's, some games, books and cd's.
-The apartment is child, baby and toddler friendly with fitted stairs gates and a variety of toys. We supply cots, a high chair, plus a bottle steriliser free of charge on request. Additionally the balconies are safe for small children and as the apartment opens onto its own gardens there is space to play with sheltered space to store push chairs.
-The secure underground parking lot offers a ski locker, drying room and a private parking space. There is also private barrier protected parking outside.
-The interior of the chalet is strictly non-smoking but guests are welcome to smoke in the garden or on the balconies.
-The garage and lower balcony offers secure storage and easy access for mountain bikes, and as the apartment opens onto the garden there is plenty of room outside for short term storage and maintenance of bikes.
