Description
This chalet is built in the style of traditional Savoyard farmhouses, matching the style of the surrounding farms in the village.
This chalet is built under one roof and are an exact mirror image of each other, giving the appearance of one enormous chalet.
The chalets are surrounded by a garden with a heated swimming pool in the back garden. This is fenced off to prevent children from getting too close, but unfortunately it is only open during the summer months. There is a driveway for access, with plenty of private parking and also a garage and separate car-port for each chalet.
During the winter season, the chalet is heated with under floor heating and convection radiators. With numerous balconies, a covered patio and garden space there is plenty of room to relax outside and enjoy the stunning scenery.

CHALET LAYOUT:
GROUND FLOOR
HALL – Hanging area for coats and boot storage. Leading off the hall is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. From here there is a door leading to the garage where skis can be kept.
BEDROOM ONE – This room has a double bed, built in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, dressing table bedside tables and lamps. It looks out to the garden. Door leading to:
ENSUITE BATHROOM – with bath, overhead shower, sink and w.c. There is a second door leading from the bathroom to a separate bunk bed room.
BEDROOM TWO – this room contains a bunk bed and although it has no windows, it is a spacious and well lit room.
As this room shares a bathroom with BEDROOM ONE, it makes for a perfect ‘family flat’ as it is easy to keep an eye on the children in the bunk room.
From the hall stairs lead up to:
FIRST FLOOR
THE LANDING – opens into the stunning double height living/dining room, which in turn leads into the kitchen.
CLOAKROOM – with w.c. and sink
THE LIVING ROOM – This is a magnificent double height room which stretches the length of the chalet. The living room section at the front is at first floor level and has French windows on to a balcony, with beautiful views across the valley. The living room has a large L-shape settee and a second settee which converts into a double sofabed. There are tables, lamps, rug, etc. There is a TV with DVD player. We have a selection of DVDs for all ages, however the TV is tuned into UK terrestrial channels, such as BBC/ITV. There is also a CD player. The rear of the room is at ground floor level as the garden slopes up the side of the chalet. This is the dining area, which also has double doors opening on the garden and veranda, with table and chairs for al fresco dining. The dining area has large extending dining table which can seat 12 comfortably.
KITCHEN – this is fitted with a large fridge/freezer, hob and oven with extractor, sink and dishwasher. You will find it well equipped for cooking meals and there is ample china, glasses, etc. for 12
BEDROOM THREE – is a double bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, bedside tables, lights etc. Views across the valley to the mountain of Criou.
ENSUITE BATHROOM - bath with shower over, glass shower screen, sink & w.c.

SECOND FLOOR
The galleried landing looks down onto the living/dining room.
BEDROOM FOUR – is a double bedroom with twin beds, built in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, bedside tables & lamps, door leading to balcony with views across the valley.
BEDROOM FIVE – Is a large bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. A truckle bed can be pulled out for an additional bed in this room. There is a wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, sideboard with drawers and shelves, bedside table, lamps, etc. Door to balcony with view of rear of garden, pool and mountain behind.
LARGE SHARED BATHROOM – bath with shower over, glass shower screen, w.c. and sink
N.B. The chalet has been equipped with families in mind.
A travel cot, highchair and buggy are available for those visiting with young children.
