Description This Chalet is a luxury ski chalet located in the picturesque village of Samoëns, just an hours drive from Geneva Samoëns is situated in the stunning Giffre Valley, within the Grand Massif – a major ski region of the Haute Savoie with 265km of piste – France’s fourth largest ski destination. The chalet is located half way between the two main ski lifts and less than five minutes drive from the Samoëns village centre and is ideally situated to take advantage of all that the Savoyard region has to offer. The luxury chalet offers five spacious double bedrooms, each individually styled with an ensuite as well as private access to either a balcony or terrace. All rooms can be tailored as doubles or twins and two of the rooms can accommodate families with the addition of children’s beds or cots as required, meaning the chalet can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The main living area of the chalet extends across the full width of the rear of the property allowing guests to enjoy the full splendour of the Giffre Valley including the majestic peak of Le Criou. The open plan design offers ample space for guests to enjoy the culinary delights of the chalet around the dining room table before relaxing after dinner in front of the feature fireplace. Accommodation Top Floor The top floor houses three spacious and elegantly decorated bedrooms each with a stylish ensuite and access to one of the balconies affording beautiful views of the surrounding area. The second lounge is on this floor and can be used as a TV room for the children or a place of tranquillity to get away from it all. The lounge also has access to a balcony with stunning views across the Giffre valley. Middle Floor The middle floor is dominated by the expansive open plan lounge and dining room that together span the entire rear of the chalet, affording panoramic views across the Giffre valley to the Criou and the village of Samoëns. In the winter, snuggle up in front of the log fire or in the summer months take a seat on the main balcony and watch the sun go down behind the mountains. In addition, this floor houses an double ensuite bedroom which has direct access to the main balcony. Being on the entrance level of the chalet this room is accessible without the need for negotiating any stairs. The middle floor also houses the ski / boot room, conveniently located near the chalet entrance offering a place to dry your clothes and ski boots. Ground Floor On the ground floor there is a further double ensuite bedroom with French doors leading onto the lower terrace where there is a circular 6 person hot tub perfect for relaxing after a hard day on the slopes. The ground floor also houses a large sauna with separate WC and wet room.
