Chalet Features
This Chalet provides all the luxuries to be expected of an alpine chalet, with hottub and sauna, large flat screen tv with surround sound together with DVD player and a large DVD library, a Wii and Wii fit. A separate lounge with log fire provides a quiet area to relax, read or use the internet, wifi broadband access and fax facilities are available.
It provides transport to and for the ski lifts each and a days accompanied skiing to guide you around the resort, a heated ski and boot room is provided. This Chalet is set in a large garden perfect for sledging, building snowmen or simply admiring the views.
We can arrange for transfers to and from Geneva and discounted ski and boot hire for those that require.
Accommodation
All bedrooms are individually temperature controlled, have DVD players, Egyptian cotton sheets and comfortable mattresses. Bathrooms all have power showers, soft fluffy towels and heated towel rails.
Bedroom 1:
Double bedroom with balcony, mountain views and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. A further single bed can be put in this room if required.
Bedroom 2:
Double/Twin/Triple room with woodland views and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
Bedroom 3:
Double room with woodland views with ensuite shower room.
Family Suite:
Double room with balcony and mountain views, separate bunk room with full size bunk beds. Large en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, the bathroom can be accessed directly from the double room or separately from the bunk room.
Food & Drink
Included within the price of your winter holiday is breakfast and afternoon tea on seven nights and dinner on six nights, on the chef’s night off we can make recommendations and bookings at a local restaurant if required.
Breakfast: Tea/Coffee /Hot chocolate with freshly baked pastries, fresh bread from the bakery, cereals, toast, yoghurts, fruit, fruit Juices, omelette or boiled eggs.
Afternoon Tea or Après ski: Home made cakes and biscuits with Tea/Coffee /Hot chocolate or Mulled wine/Soft drinks with savoury snacks.
Dinner: Aperitif - Starter/Soup - Main course - Cheese course - Dessert - Coffee and chocolates
It is served with wine or beer.
Location
This Chalet sits in a sunny position high on the side of the Giffre Valley, providing the most beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges including Mont Blanc. Just minutes from the Grand Massif ski area with 265 km of pistes and extensive off piste opportunities, our aim is to provide the perfect Alpine experience. Samoëns and the nearest ski lift at Morillon are just a few minutes drive away, we will drop you at the ski lift each morning and collect you at the end of the day to return to the chalet for afternoon tea.
