Description This quality home is located in the quieter part of Vail, right between the 2 ski areas of Vail and Beaver Creek at Eagle Vail. This home is a huge 4000 sq ft and can accommodate 8 to 16 people. It has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with private hot tub. Its 400 yards from the bus stop to either Vail or Beaver Creek and has parking for 4 vehicles. There is also a double garage. One of the best value homes in the Vail Valley. For the 2008/9 season, there is a substantial upgrading of this unit going on now so the furnishings and décor as well as the kitchen will change. On the top floor there is a King en suite bedroom. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and 3rd queen bedroom, both sharing a bathroom. On the ground level there is a TV Lounge with 40” TV and second lounge which has the dining table. There is also a bathroom with shower. On the lower ground floor there is a twin double bedroom and family type bedroom and play area for up to 6 kids which share a bathroom. This room is really for children or singles as it has no door so just an open plan area. For any catering just add on £30ppp day which is for half board (Breakfast and Evening dinner inc. wine).Catering is on a minus 2 night basis so if 9 nights then 7 will be catered. Catering is of an extremely high standard with fully qualified chefs and a typical menu can be supplied though the chef like to talk this through with the guests and try and cater towards their likes!! There is a private Hot Tub here as well as Satellite/cable TV, Hi Fi, Wi Fi etc.. Bookings are for groups only.
